The Phase 2 version of the Falcon GTHO used the Cleveland 351 cubic inch V8 motor. The new engine provided sufficient performance for the GTHO to record a time of 14.4 seconds over the standing quarter mile. Externally the 5 spoke steel road wheels indicated this was a Phase 2.
