  • Shipping & Delivery

    Our stock is extensive and responds to customer demands. We do at times have to order in from our suppliers components of orders. When this happens it is sometimes seven to ten days before full shipment. Partial shipment is sometimes carried out where practical. Most orders wherever possible are sent within a few hours of receipt.

    We use Standard Australia Post/ Parcel Post for our shipping. This, however, does not include insurance. Once the item is delivered at the post office, we are not responsible for the item. All our items are checked before they leave the shop to ensure you receive quality products. If you require insurance or a signature on your item, please contact us in regards to the Australia Post Price options and Services available to meet your needs.

    International Orders

    If you select "Flat Rate Shipping Within Australia" wWe will send you a Paypal invoice for the balance of postage. If you do not pay the excess postage, a full refund will be given.

    Lay-By Terms & Conditions

    We do lay-bys in which we require that the purchase be complete within 6 weeks with a 25% deposit fee, 25% payment per fortnight and a 25% cancellation fee, if the purchase is cancelled. The item is shipped upon completion of payment.

    Phone Orders

    We can take an order by phone, in which case we can take credit card information over the phone or issue you with a PayPal invoice.

     

    Privacy & Security

    We use paypal as our preferred payment method but also accept credit card payment over the phone within Australia and money orders by post. WE DO NOT STORE CREDIT CARD DETAILS. Email addresses for orders are kept securely within our databases and will not be shared with any entity. Any correspondence or promotional information from to customers will only be order related or intiated by the customer via Newsletter subsription, contact forms or via email.

     

    Returns & Replacements

    Exchanges are gladly done where the goods are returned with labels and tags intact and unworn. We appreciate return postage being paid where a selection error has been paid and will gladly reimburse where Diecast4Uis found to be at fault. We act in accordance with the Australian fair Trading Act which states: "A business may refuse to give you a free repair, replacement or refund if: •you simply changed your mind •you misused the product or service in any way that contributed to the problem •you asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted •a problem with a service was completely outside of the business’ control." You are also responsible for the cost of returns and exchanges, unless it is where Diecast4U is found to be at fault. We are happy to assist you in your exchanges where purchases were made that are unsuitable.
