GM-H in 1962 had announced its EJ Utility with the cathcry 'New EJ Holden Utes Are Even Better" and in 2005 Trax echoed that sentiment in its promotion for the models. Two colour schemes were produced to welcome the EJ ute's addition to the Trax range; Katherine Beige with a red interior (TR52) and Wedgewood Blue with a darker blue interior (TR52B). TR52B was a limited edition of 3,800 pieces.
