Starting as a family farming partnership in 1955, W. J & J .Green grew on the back of hard graft from the family members through the 1960s and 70s. As more and more goods were being produced by the farming business, the need to upgrade to larger vehicles became apparent and eventually an artic was purchased to replace two smaller vehicles and used to move pigs, cattle, straw and cereals between the farms as well as to deliver to the end customer. Over time, as customer demand grew, so did the need for more trucks and now W. J & J. Green has a fleet of 23 trucks all over the UK.
